The shooting of new Malayalam Movie of Megastar Mammootty and Superstar Suresh Gopi, The King and The Commissioner, will resume from August 1. The latest flick from the Action Film Director Shaji Kailas stopped its shooting following the Income Tax raid at the homes of Mammootty and Producer Anto Joseph. The IT also raided their Offices. Any way, the film will continue its shooting from August 1, and most probably the film will be the Christmas Release of Mammoooty in 2011.
Earlier, the film shifted its release date due to the lack of call sheets of its leading actors. The movie planned as an Onam-Ramza Release of 2011, created big expectations among the fans of the stars. Then later, it cancelled the shooting because of the IT raids. Also, one of the hero, Suresh Gopi had ill-health because of the diet he followed for reducing his weight. Mammooty's next upcoming project is Shafi's Venicile Vyapari which is also begin its shooting from August 3, 2011. Mammootty will essayed the role of a Coir vendor in this movie which will have Kavya Madhavan and Poonam Bajwa as the heroines.
