Aashiq Abu, the director who debuted with Mammootty's Daddy Cool proved himself to be a stylish director in his first film itself. Even though the movie is zero in its screenplay department, the director tried his best to convince the audience that he will be here and will come with a good movie to prove his mettle. Through Salt and Pepper, the director is back in the track with his stylish and simple narration with a small story that really makes you haunt for tasting this film once more. Yes, Salt N pepper is really a new concept to Malayalam Films. Thanks to Aashiq, for giving us a film like this. The narration of the story(simple) with showing food in most of the scenes is simply a fresh concept to the Mollywood. The main character of this film is a Dosha, rocking na.

Oru Ruchikaramaya Romantic Love Story


The movie starts with the title song Chempavul by showing some great dishes allthrough the frames. This alone will make you the feel that you are going to take a 'Sadya'. Coming to the story, the movie revolves around a special character, it is nothing but a Dosha, not a normal Dosha, it is very special, a Thatti kutti Dosha. There are 4 main characters whose have some important attachments with this Dosha( sounds funny ?). One of them is Kaalidasan, an Archaeologist, his only weakness is food. Babu is the cook of Kalidasan(Baburaj), he is very very funny. The combination scenes of them are superb and will create  funny environment in the theaters. Asif Ali is Manu Raghav, who is a relative to Kaalidasan. One day, A call from a woman is coming to Kaalidasan as a wrong number. The woman called to order a 'Thattu Kutti Dosha'.
