Avalude Ravukal Remake will seen Priyamani in role of Seema. Prithiviraj will be the hero of this film. The film which tells the story of a teenage prostitute was a super hit film and considered to be one of the hot film in Malayalam.This was the debut film of Seema. If the news is true, Malayalam viewers will see another good performance from the national award winning actress in a glamorous role. Priyamani is seems to be very selective in choosing her role. This may open the door for another National or State Awad for her. But the director should be careful for this film since none of the last films from the director succeeded in the box office. 
Meanwhile, This is the era of remakes in Malayalam. Malayalam viewers repeatedly welcomed with yesteryear classic superhits of famous directors and script writers. Last month we saw Padmarajan-Bharathan team's Rathinirvedam in its new form.
