Jayaprada, one of the popular actress in South Indian Film Industry is the heroine in the new Malayalam Movie Pranayam from Mohanlal-Blessy Team.It is her third film in Malayalam and second film with Mohanlal. Before Pranayam, she is acted with Mammootty in Iniyum Kadha Thudarum and with Mohanlal in Devadoothan. According to Jayapradha, "Mohanlal is down-to-earth and never gives us the feel that he is a big shot in the industry. Also, the role in Pranayam is very challenging for me as my role in much-acclaimed Tamil film 'Salangai Oli' opposite Kamal Hassan in the eighties.
